TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 1989 TOYOTA LAND CRUISER. THE CONTACT WAS DISPENSING FUEL INTO THE FUEL TANK WHEN HE NOTICED A SUBSTANTIAL AMOUNT OF FUEL LEAKING FROM UNDER THE VEHICLE NEAR THE REAR AXLE.
